A NEW BOOK ON THE OCCASION OF THE “YEAR FOR PRIESTS”…

This is a very engaging reading material which features various articles on and about priests and priesthood. Among them is our very own, Rev. Father David Nuehaus, SJ, who teaches at the Department of Religious Studies. Father David writes on “The Priest in the Old Testament: some biblical reflections on the priest.”

Prefaced by Archbishop Antonio Franco, Apostolic Delegate in Jerusalem and Palestine and Apostolic Nuncio in Israel and Cyprus as well as Chancellor of Bethlehem University,  the book gathers further significance in the attempt to draw a common base expressing the priest’s mission, which is to form “good Christians and upright citizens.”
